The 8-piece feed dog enables fabrics to glide under the foot. Refinements like the gentle curve at the tip of the presser foot helps for a smooth start. The clear visibility for the trimming the fabric is a plus for keeping on target, along with the differential feed system for improved operation when sewing over multiple layers of fabric (Bi-Level operation). And the easy change presser foot also has added texture on the underside to assist in fabric feeding and fabric slippage.

An easy threading lower looper mechanism with colour coded threading chart is located inside the front sliding cover, this makes getting started and changing thread colours easy!

It’s fast and finishes like a dream. The powerful motor delivers consistent performance. Easy changeover to rolled hemming, the retractable upper knife release operation is a gentle push. The reduced pressure when lowering the knife to change settings e.g. to a rolled hem makes it easy. There is no changing needle plates or chaining fingers. The wide chaining finger helps give a smooth delivery of thread, even on bulky, stretchy and fine fabrics, resulting in less puckering.

The excellent needle visibility with white LED light helps for finishing seams and curves in no time. The MyLock 654D is a stable, smooth sailing overlocker with Hanenite feet for a quiet, low vibration operation, making it a pleasure to use.

The MyLock 654D is an investment in performance, this is an all-round overlocker to take customers through professionally finishing the vast array of modern fabrics. Suitable for all users from beginners where the colour coded threading guide is a must, to professionals looking for a reliable all-round overlocker to meet any finishing challenges.
